After yesterday’s session in Miroslav Miskovic’s trial Law Office Tomanovic sent a press release to the media.

“In the fourth year of the criminal proceedings against Miskovic, at the very end of the evidence procedure, the Prosecution has remembered to expand the facts in the indictment in its attempt to aggravate Miskovic’s position both from the procedural-legal and material aspects by adding that Miskovic must have advised his son in the past. Namely, the Prosecution refers to the alleged advice which is not illegitimate and which is not proved by a single witness or document in the case documentation containing thousands of pages”, says the press release.
